This is not just another spinner program. After designing the look of the display to meet the desired card capacity, that’s when the real challenge started.

USPS safety standards requires that every freestanding object in their customer area be able to withstand 100 lbs of lateral force without tipping. So the base of this display is going to have to weigh over 300 lbs! Nothing a bunch of cement paver stones won’t accomplish.

But a display that heavy is too much for USPS personnel to safely move and place. So the paving stones must be packed separately, and the installers will need a pair of leather palmed gloves to handle the pavers. And every display must ship with a furniture dolly to enable safe handling and placement in each Post Office.

Would FRG be willing to preload 6000 of these displays with the customer’s cards, and ship them ready to sell right out of the box? Of course we would.
